“People don’t need more health advice. They need a framework that helps them understand it.”

— Chloé Miller, MA, LPC, MFTC | Founder + Educator

The Founding Story

Chloé Miller, MA, LPC, MFTC | Founder + Founding Educator at Health Class

Health Class was created by Chloé Miller, a therapist, advisor, and educator whose work focuses on helping people understand how health and human development unfold across interconnected systems. Through years of clinical and advisory work, Chloé observed the same pattern repeatedly: people were constantly given advice about health, but rarely taught how to understand the system shaping it. Health Class was created to offer that missing framework.

Educational Appraoch

Chloé’s educational philosophy begins with a simple belief: People do not need more information alone. They need a framework that helps them understand it. At Health Class, education is designed to help people:

• understand how human development unfolds across interconnected systems
• recognize how different dimensions of life influence wellbeing
• develop discernment rather than dependency
• approach health with greater clarity, perspective, and agency

Rather than prescribing a single way to live, the goal is to help people build the understanding needed to make informed decisions for themselves. This perspective led to the development of the Health Class framework — a model for understanding how different dimensions of human life interact to shape wellbeing.

The Foundational Framework

Emotions

Emotions are the body's first language.

Understanding how emotional signals arise, communicate, and move through the body is the foundation for understanding human experience.

Health Class begins with a simple principle: human wellbeing develops through interconnected systems rather than isolated parts.

The Health Class Pillars: Emotions → Body → Mind → Self → Relationships → Leadership

Body

The body is where health actually happens.

Understanding how physiology, stress, and regulation shape physical wellbeing provides the biological foundation for everything that follows.

Mind

The mind interprets experience through beliefs, assumptions, and patterns of thought.

Understanding these mental structures reveals how perception shapes behavior and health outcomes.

Self

Self-awareness is the ability to recognize internal states and respond intentionally.

Developing this capacity allows people to move from reactive behavior to conscious regulation.

Relationships

Human health is deeply shaped by the quality of our relationships.

Understanding relational dynamics reveals how connection, conflict, and communication influence long-term wellbeing.

Leadership

Leadership environments shape how people think, behave, and regulate.

Understanding these dynamics reveals how influence, responsibility, and authority affect individual and collective health.

Professional Background

Chloé Miller holds two Master’s degree in psychology and is a dual-licensed psychotherapist. Her work has focused extensively on emotional development, relational health, and human behavior.

She is also the founder of Lovers Counseling, a relationship-focused practice centered on emotional health, modern relationships, and major relational transitions. Additionally, she is the founder of Executive HQ, a private executive advisory providing board-level strategic counsel to leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and consequence.

Chloé’s clinical background informs the structure of Health Class, but Health Class itself is not a therapy platform. It is an educational platform designed to help people understand the broader systems shaping human health and development.

The Future of Health Class

Health Class is being built as a school centered around a foundational framework for understanding health.

Chloé’s foundational course serves as the starting point for the platform and the prerequisite through which the rest of the curriculum is designed to be understood.

Over time, additional educators may join the platform to teach specialized areas built upon this shared foundation.

But the goal remains the same: helping people understand how health actually works.
